Labor Charges
We do charge half travel time to and from all job sites for in-state local moves. There are many circumstances that affect the cost of your move, such as traffic delays, inclement weather, incomplete packing preparation, difficult areas, long walks, and other factors beyond our control. Final charges are determined by the actual time required for your move.
Insurance
As a licensed common carrier in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, our maximum legal liability is $.60 per pound, per article which covers 75-85% toward the cost of a repair. If you wish to insure your belongings for their full replacement value, ask your sales representative for more details.
Payment
Most moves require a deposit and all charges are due at the completion of your move. As an expression of your satisfaction, gratuities are graciously accepted.
