Labor Charges
Troy’s Moving & Storage charges by the hour from the time we leave our warehouse until the time we return to our warehouse. Final charges will be determined by the actual time required for your move. There are many circumstances that affect the final outcome of the move such as traffic delays, inclement weather, incomplete packing preparation, difficult areas, long walks, and extra miscellaneous services that are not brought to our attention and may be beyond our control.
Insurance
As a licensed common carrier in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, our maximum legal liability is $.60 per pound, per article. If you wish to make sure goods are insured for their full replacement value, see your sales rep at Troy's Moving & Storage.
Payment
All charges are due at the completion of your move. We do require a deposit for most moves, contact your sales rep for details. Troy’s Moving & Storage is part of the service industry and, as with any service, gratuities are accepted as an expression of your satisfaction.
